New roof for Congress and Exhibition Center Innsbruck
The old membrane roof was in need of total refurbishment and was completely refurbished by Temme // Obermeier.
The light-filled Orangerie at the Congress and Exhibition Center Innsbruck is used to hold conferences and special events. In addition to improving the connections in terms of water tightness, the renovation of the Orangerie also called for capitalising on how to use this fantastic space more. We could help achieve this by cleverly exploiting the ETFE foil membranes to maximise the exposure to light throughout the entire day. This contract had a strict time frame and had to be completed in time for the 2018 World Cycling Championship
